This represents the grave markers of over 600 foster/adoptive children who have died within the care of CPS and their foster/adoptive parents. Even more children have died after CPS returned them to their truly abusive parents. Is CPS really interested in protecting the children under their care, or are they more interested in lining their bureaucratic pocketbooks?
